Verdict

All of VENETIAN LAD's four victories have come here and Lydia Richards' charge is back on a winning mark. This is his time of year and there's no reason to think he won't go close again. Dynamic Idol made a promising reappearance at Plumpton and looks the danger if handling the quicker surface as Red Anchor has lost his way and Keltic Rhythm found little when push came to shove at Stratford last time. Tuskar Rock continues to tumble down the weights, however, and his latest second at Ffos Las was his best run of the season.
