Lord Condi struggled in a handicap at Cheltenham in October and is penalised for an earlier double. He has a bit to find on these terms with ON THE SLOPES, who won over track and trip on Boxing Day and is taken to come out best again given he’s also weighted to beat Tight Call. The latter should still be in the mix on the back of a recent placed effort at Musselburgh but is was testing ground when Elisezmoi won in France and he struggled badly at Newbury on last month’s debut for new connections. Peltwell makes her hurdling bow having failed to figure in a bumper on her introduction.
