Storm Dennis was progressive in bumpers but beaten a long way on his hurdles debut here. Albert Van Ornum will need to improve on his second here in February but winning pointer Universal Dave is interesting having joined Alan King. Ottoman Style and Constant Friday are other points winners and No Word Of A Lie did well in bumpers in his first season but GYM TONIC ran green at Kelso at the start of the month and should be more the finished article here.
