A tough race to call here for punters with many in with chances on their best form but the principals look to be Honey's Gift, Come Bye, Water King and Statley Raj and the vote is given to Honey's Gift. The selection won with a little in hand when beating Statley Raj last time out and although that rival is better off at the weights here she is taken to confirm superiority over him under conditions that suit. Come Bye rates the main danger on his best form but he just gave the impression the handicapper had caught up with him last time and his best form is on a softer surface so he is passed over on this occasion. Water King is another that could go well as he was a good second behind The Local last time but all his best form is on a soft surface and he may be out paced here. Of the remainder Addeco is from a shrewd yard and should be noted in the market but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Honey's Gift.
