In depth

Verdict

LITHIC (NAP) was no match for the likes of Capitaine on chasing debut at Market Rasen which still represented a pleasing introduction to fences and he looks just the sort to improve with time and experience. He should be well suited by this step-up in trip and makes plenty of appeal off what looks workable mark. Robin Of Locksley has to be a threat despite topweight after shaping well on his chasing debut behind Sir Ivan but may find the concession of 10lb to the selection a bridge too far. Coillte Lass needs to improve on her modest chasing debut to feature but Walt could be interesting if transferring his useful and consistent hurdling form to the larger obstacles.
