Verdict

A wide open bumper rounds off the card and as usual in these types of events the market will be all important but the principals look to be Chorizo, High Caliber and Just Supposin and the tentative vote is given to Chorizo. The selection hails from a yardrd that can ready a newcomer and this well bred Kahyasi gelding, half-brother to flat and hurdles winner Polly Anthus will not need to be anything special to take a hand in the finish. High Caliber rates the main danger as he is another from a yard that does well in these events and this Definite Article gelding out of a lightly-raced mare should be noted in the market.Just Supposin is another that could go well as he is an I'm Supposin gelding out of a mare from a top jumping family and is another to note in the market. Of the remainder Paix Eternelle is another from a top yard and is a Esprit du Nord mare, half-sister to 1m2f winner Malefou and is another that has place claims but in a race in which the market may well tell all for the winner we return to Chorizo.
