Conditions should not prove a bar to Upton Grey but Kevin Tork's good stable servant has yet to score over further than 2m4f. This looks a poor turnout though and he must surely get involved, with Willy Be Lucky needing to improve considerably on previous efforts and Where 'D Ya Hide It yet to display any sparkle since joining the underrated Paul Henderson. There is just a chance though that the latter will progress from previous efforts and he's worth checking for a market move of proper significance. SOUTHWAY STAR scored over course and distance this month but it was only a three-horse affair and the other two possibly underperformed. However, she could do no more than win and having proved herself in good heart is taken to follow up for Neil King who has his string in decent nick at present.
