In depth

Verdict

Waikiki Waves is upped in class after winning over a shorter trip here last month. GENEROUS CHIEF makes more appeal as this looks no tougher than when scoring over today’s trip at Stratford despite a 4lb rise and he gets the vote. Boss Mans Ladder finished just ahead of Under The Phone when placed at Warwick and Brown Bear has a shout on a recent third here though has been raised 7lb for that. The Black Squirrel has been thereabouts under Richard Johnson the last twice and I'm Always Tryin has plenty of scope.
