Nick Gifford's Push The Port looks to have plenty on his plate under a penalty and stepping up in class while Hazeljack's burden also looks a little much so we prefer the chances of GEORGES BOY. The gelding was a winner off a mark just one pound lower in a better race in November at Plumpton but has suffered at the hands of the assessor since. Now given a bit of a reprieve he should stay this trip and be able to score. Push The Port stayed on nicely for victory last time out and while this step up in trip is no hassle the seven pound penalty might be. Still, he may be unexposed enough to improve and if he does then chances are abound. Hazeljack narrowly missed out off this mark last time in a similar race here. Stamina is no issue with this one but it is concerning his last win came off a rating 10lbs lighter. Enroblim Trop seems to have been given too much to do under top weight and with a mark rise while Monzon has been a bit of a monkey in his last two starts so in a race where plenty need to find more we side with Georges Boy.
