This looks a good opportunity for Tim Vaughan's LORD GUNNERSLAKE to get his head in front again from Sean Og and Jose Brave. This race will not take much winning and Richard Johnson's mount looks the safest bet in the field. The selection bounced back to form with a decisive win at Huntington 13 days ago and today's race looks another nice chance to go in again. He steps up in trip today but we feel that won't be a problem and with the Vaughan team in good form he should go close. Sean Og put in an improved effort to finish second to a runaway winner on his latest start and he too may be capable of better. The reapplication of the tongue tie seems to have helped and that aid is again on today. Jose Brave has eight lengths to find on slightly better terms but unless an influx of money comes we can't see him turning the form around. Space Cowboy could be in the mix but this trip stretches him and he is not entirely straight forward. Everything else seems to be out of form so we will return to Lord Gunnerslake.
