      Verdict

Tazka, an import from France, made a decent start at Kempton before battling to a narrow victory over the track and trip last month when Polar Light was 16 lengths behind. This doesn't look much tougher, despite having a penalty to carry. Just Perfect, who has a superb pedigree, was second of four in a 1m5f Exeter bumper and should make a hurdler as should Fresno Emery, a close third in a bumper in France in April. CAROUSE, a dual Flat winner, made a promising start over hurdles at Ludlow but broke a blood vessel on his next start at Warwick. He's had a few weeks to get over that problem and looks the one to beat.
