Verdict

Copperhead’s second at Ludlow in May hinted at a revival but he’s not raced since. Up The Straight and Unanswered Prayers are others returning from a lay-off but the latter was a decent novice last season. Sacre Coeur is having a first run over fences in this country but he’s not badly treated taking into account Tristan Durrell’s claim. Lermoos Legend won over 2m7f at Worcester over the summer but is probably better over shorter trips like this. NORLEY has switched stables having run moderately the last twice but he is more than capable of going close off this sort of mark if back to his best.
