In depth

Verdict

Brother Bennett pops up every now and again and is one of only two previous course winners in the line-up. The other is No No Cardinal but he is out of sorts. Inch Lala would have a chance in this grade if fully wound up and Pottlereaghexpress has similar claims. The Brothers wears cheekpieces on his return to action but Robert Walford’s charge is now 0-19. CAPTAIN SPEAKING (NAP) has a welter burden to shoulder but is about the only one of these who could be described as being progressive. He’s won his last two with a degree of comfort and Jack Tudor’s claim accounts for a chunk of the 7lb he was raised after scoring at Plumpton.
