Verdict

WALK TALL may have emptied out quickly at Towcester on his chase bow earlier in the month but he is given the chance to prove himself here. The Northamptonshire track would have presented the gelding with a severe test on his first outing since February 2009 but it should have brought him on and his in-form yard does have a good record with chasers here. Obvious dangers include Chord and Handtheprizeover whilst Pete The Feat has a traditional NH pedigree so there's no reason to think that he won't jump a fence and his yard is enjoying a purple patch. Few are ruled out though with even Bajan Sunshine considered as the fitting of a visor could bring about some improvement.
