Bright Approach, Nicodemus and Spiers Peace are the three against the field here with the vote going to Bright Approach. He looked to be staying on well when last seen out at Huntingdon over a slightly shorter trip. He finished third behind April Spirit that day but stayed on all the way up the run in. He has top amateur Tom O'Brien booked which has to be a plus and if reproducing some of his old sparkle will be tough to beat. Nicodemus has been running and winning well between the flags of late winning his last three. But at the age of twelve he is yet to show any real worthwhile form under rules so for that reason he is side stepped. Spiers Peace beat Polar Champ in a point last time out and could be an improver but for the winner we return to Bright Approach.
