A tight little Classified contest which should concern just four of the runners. Sussex Lad has more ability than he cares to show at times. He is well suited by a big field, as he has to be produced late and the lack of runners in this race may pose a problem. Long Tall Sally has been running well of late without having too much luck and should make the frame at least. Although a maiden Castaigne has faced some stiff tasks and this represents a drop in class for him. He will be difficult to beat. However, Barrantes is the selection after her fine effort from the wrong side at Newmarket in what was a much better race than this.
