Inch By Inch can confirm her superiority over Kallista's Pride and enhance what has already been a good season for Peter Makin-trained mare. Quality Street is also considered as a danger, while Sweetest Revenge is also capable of making a fist of things if gets the breaks in running. The last named will always need a little luck on her side with her come-from-behind style. However, she is in good form and can go close again this afternoon. Quality Street has not been the easiest filly to train but has held her form well when she has been seen on the racetrack. Five furlongs is ideal for her but she has a little to prove in taking on older horses for the first time. Kallista's Pride has been in flying form - winning both of her last two starts in good style. The booking of 3lb claimer Hayley Turner is a good move to counter her rise in the weights. And the daughter of Puissance looks sure to be a popular choice in her hat-trick bid. However, she does have a bit to find with Inch By Inch, who easily had her measure when they met at Lingfield in June. The selection's latest effort can is best forgotten, as she has badly hampered soon after the start. Amir Quinn is sure to be instructed to avoid any such problems this time around and this looks a reasonable opening for Inch By Inch to get back on the right track.
