This handicap to close the card looks quite open but narrow preference is for Rose of Petra, over Emerald Wilderness and Spanish Don. The selection won despite being slightly hampered last time. She is a course and distance winner and as she has her required fast ground tonight she is the percentage call. Emerald Wilderness is the interesting runner as he showed improved form for his new stable when beating Can Can Star at Windsor last time. It may be that a change of scenery has revitalised him abd he is certainly worth a look in the market. Spanish Don was well beaten at Newmarket last time and although he would have claims on his best form, the fact that he hasn't won for nearly three years does temper confidence. Siena Star won well last time and is another with place prospects, but Rose Of Petra has plenty in her favour and she can land the nightcap.
