In depth

Verdict

Nothingbutthetruth was in superb form last summer with two victories at Wetherby but has shown nothing so far this year. Fidelis was having only his second start over timber when scoring comfortably at Huntingdon in October of last year but suffered an injury in the process and hasn't been seen since. Forest Rhythm produced a mulish display on his chasing bow at Hereford in June but was in touch when falling at Plumpton last month and Andrew Thornton should get him round this time. THE DARLING BOY finished runner-up in that latter event and though he wasn't certain to have beaten Forest Rhythm he's more reliable and gets the nod here.
