In depth

Verdict

This could rest between the two recent winners Red Somerset and Musaalem and we just prefer the last named, Best One is also worthy of respect. The Willie Haggas trained gelding was well touted before his Warwick debut and duly obliged at short odds. He only beat some modest rivals but did it in good style and is open to any amount of improvement. Red Somerset returned to winning ways at Leicester last time out, comfortably beating Rubenstar. A five pound rise isn't too harsh and another big run is expected. Best One has been running well of late but as a consequence his mark is still a little high. It is difficult to see this one winning but he may be capable of making the frame. Perfect Treasure can also go well despite top-weight, but we return to the unexposed Musaalem as the more likely winner.
