Verdict

HUGHESIE was no match for Fascino Rustico at Bangor but the winner has won again since and is Cheltenham-bound. Evan Williams' charge looks the one to beat in this ahead of the mare Princess Tara, who ran the useful Flintham close in a handicap at Chepstow in November with a subsequent winner back in third. She beat Blown Cover in a bumper here last March but the latter has plenty of scope, as does Chepstow fourth Wild Rover. He's preferred to Horsehill and the Anthony Honeyball-trained pair Anda De Grissay and Chantara Rose.
