Winning point-to-pointer Ashes House made a reasonable start under Rules in a Fontwell bumper but that was over 2m3f and this could prove too short. Manor Court is related to plenty of winners and made a promising start to his career with a fair effort in a strong Punchestown bumper in May. Newcomers First Quarter and OLD TRICKS hail from yards who do well in these races and both have decent pedigrees. The latter just gets the vote as Colin Tizzard's horses are running so well at present.
