Verdict

John Betjeman is usually thereabouts and was a winner over course and distance in March. PETERBOROUGH needs to bounce back from a recent spill at Sedgefield but is potentially well treated in relation to his chasing mark so get's the nod. Mister Allegro was tried in a Triumph Hurdle trial at Cheltenham but was unable to build on early season successes at Ludlow and Wincanton but Tinnahalla had a recent pipe-opener on the Flat at Chester and has taken on some fair opposition over hurdles in the past.
