Verdict
LANDENSTOWN STAR unshipped his rider when sent off favourite last time but had shaped with promise over fences when runner-up at Hereford before that. Tim Vaughan's charge can make amends in this with a clear round. Royal Mile also disappointed when failing to land the odds at Chepstow last month having won at the same track earlier while Le Grand Chene is yet another proving less than consistent after an off-day at Fontwell last time. Tornant has been placed over hurdles here but has shown little over fences so far.
