In depth

Verdict

Mark Bradstock's small string has been doing itself proud this month and he'll be expecting a good run from Flintham, who won at Chepstow and Ascot before finding Grade 2 company too hot at Warwick. Rathlin Rose was only sixth off this mark on his handicap debut at Doncaster, however, while Aigle De La See couldn't justify favouritism at Sandown on his latest start and might also be in the assessor's grip. Fishing Bridge beat Speed Master over track and trip in January but has been well beaten in both starts since. HANSUPFORDETROIT is no more than a tentative selection as he fell early on at Chepstow last time. But there is nothing wrong with his earlier form, which included a third in a Grade 3 handicap at Sandown, and Robert Williams' claim is a plus.
