Verdict

Most of these debut over hurdles including prolific point-to-point winner Colorado Doc. But JACK VALENTINE has the best form in bumpers having won at Uttoxeter three weeks ago on his first outing after undergoing a wind operation. He’s a half-brother to a winning hurdler and is preferred to Leroy Brown. The latter made a winning start in bumpers but was well beaten under a penalty at Stratford last time while Gilwen Grayson showed some ability when fourth in a bumper here on last month’s debut. Summer Name may prove best of the rest having placed on the Flat when last seen in action.
