Beltor won at Newton Abbot in May and has been placed twice off this higher mark in the past but has a bit to prove on today’s ground. Le Prezien was runner-up in this last season and obviously goes well fresh. Mohaayed is also a Cheltenham Festival winner and would have needed the run at Market Rasen last month. Monsieur Lecoq and Colonel Custard are both still on a handy mark but Coeur Blimey had a hard race in last week’s Cesarewitch and may need a bit further. CLYNE (NAP) was beaten under a length by The New One in this contest two years ago and is only a pound higher. He held his own in top company last season and has his ground today.
