tracked front pair, not fluent 6th, closed up before 4 out, not fluent 3 out, soon ridden, ran on one pace, no impression
prominent, ridden before 2 out, jumped left 2 out and left behind by winner, kept on same pace

chased leaders, pushed along and well behind from 3 out, never in contention
Voodoo Doll has won a better-class race around here though that was some time ago. He has his regular rider's claim to aid his cause but Full Of Light ran a shocker at Plumpton in February after winning there in December. Galileo Silver produced wide-margin victories at Wincanton and Huntingdon before pulling up at Sedgefield. He's been given a break but SHANTOU EXPRESS (NAP) looks the one to be on. Kim Bailey's charge showed nothing in two starts over fences in the autumn but landed a Class 3 handicap hurdle at Market Rasen last month and will take some catching if transferring that form to the bigger obstacles.

Galileo Silver (IRE) 7-2 (11-12) Held up in 5th, blundered 2nd, never travelled after, behind at 5th, tailed off 8th, pulled up before 10th, at Sedgefield 2m 3f hcp (3) gs in Jan.
Full Of Light (IRE) 13-8fav (11-6) Raced keenly, chased leaders, weakened and poor 5th when pulled up before 2 out, at Plumpton 2m 5f hcp (4) sft in Feb.
Voodoo Doll (IRE) 8-1 (11-12) Held up towards rear, modest headway 3 out and ridden, moved into distant 2nd last, one pace flat, 2nd of 8, 10l behind John Betjeman (11-11) at Ffos Las 2m hcp (4) gs in Mar.
