Verdict
Despite the penalty, Monnow Made has to be respected though the form of her Aintree win has taken a few knocks since. Cresswell Bramble shaped with a deal of promise when second on her debut at Newbury and will have her supporters, while there is probably more to come from Lucky Mix and Kaffie. Newcomer Capesarah is related to winners on the Flat and over hurdles, but the experience of DREAM FUNCTION should stand her in good stead today. A full sister to smart hurdler Captain Chris, the King's Theatre mare was very green on her debut at Warwick but still ran on into third place and can only improve.
