Verdict

SAINT DE VASSY found one too good when sent off favourite at Exeter in March. But the winner has won twice subsequently so the form looks solid and Tom Symonds’ charge gets the vote. Hideaway Vic has placed in both starts over timber including here last year while Darksideoftarnside has won on the Flat since last seen over timber and may finish closer today. Young Bull and Supreme Escape should both be sharper for last month’s hurdling debuts while winning pointer Loco Coco debuts under Rules.
