Verdict

Just Isla won off higher marks last year and looked to be on the way back when third at Bath last month. But it's about time that FUNNY OYSTER was winning one of these as she's been placed twice in better company this year and seems to enjoy some cut in the ground. Blinkers could spark a revival in course and distance winner Outlaw Kate but Chepstow scorer Carcharias needs to bounce back from a poor run at Bath and Satchville Flyer also disappointed last time. Windmills Girl and Malvesi remain out of sorts.
