June French is one to watch despite unimpressive form figures and a career record of 0-35 as she showed more sparkle last time at Kempton and her yard couldn't be in better heart. Bally Lagan - a fair third to Ever So Much at Southwell last month - the winner went in again over hurdles this week - usually runs his race and looks fairly treated off a mark of 81, having been dropped 2lb. THATS YER MAN ran well at Uttoxeter on his fourth chase start at the end of April, has few miles on the clock and could have more to offer in this sphere. He's a hopeful choice in a race in which nothing appeals strongly. Toe To Toe is 4lb out of the handicap but more was expected on his first run since October when supported into favouritism at Uttoxeter on reappearance. He pulled up that day but may prove better than he's hitherto shown.
