Royal Riviera came with a right rattle under the champion trainer's new stable jockey last time to score here and the combination will prove a tough nut to crack off just a 4lb higher mark. However, this does rate a more competitive affair and the consistent DARK GLACIER is narrowly preferred. He enjoyed a decent campaign last time around, looks on a feasible mark and may just represent better value against the likely favourite. Stable companion Strumble Head is sure to come good at some stage during the summer season but may need this outing whilst the frustrating Our Island continues to promise rather than deliver. He'd be a real threat to all if getting his form back on track off his current mark.
