Great Hall is on a long losing run and isn’t getting any younger but Mr Jack has won three of his last four, the latest over course and distance 11 days ago. Runasimi River made all at Plumpton earlier this month but is effectively 6lb higher. Voodoo Doll would surely have won at Sedgefield had he not fallen at the last and will go close if confidence hasn’t been dented but we might take a chance on SOPAT, who seeks a third course win and may settle better in first-time headgear.
