Holbrook Park looked quite promising when easily landing a maiden hurdle at Warwick last year but has failed to make the expected progress. He's by Midnight Legend out of a winning chaser so may do better now tackling the bigger obstacles. Kingston Mimosa won over timber last year at Fontwell but has gone backwards and it's another winner at the Sussex track, RED HANRAHAN, who should take this. Paul Nicholls' charge was caught on the line in a novices' handicap chase at Warwick in May and though well beaten at Newton Abbot a month later it was in much better company on very fast going. The Lion Dancer won a point-to-point at Loughrea in Ireland in April and went for £30,000 at the Cheltenham Sales so should be better than he showed on his debut for new connections at Chepstow last month when tailed off.

Red Hanrahan (IRE) 13-2 (10-0) Took keen hold, in touch, not fluent and lost place 7th, outpaced before 3 out, disputing modest 4th when blundered and weakened 2 out, 5th of 6, 33 1/2l behind Alcala (10-13) at Newton Abbot 2m 5f hcp (2) gf in Jun.
The Lion Dancer (IRE) 40-1 (11-0) Chased leaders, led 4th until 6th, chased leaders, weakened before 8th, tailed off, 5th of 7, dist behind Knight Of Noir (11-0) at Chepstow 3m (3) gs in Oct.
Kingston Mimosa 33-1 (11-1) Held up mid-division, pushed along after 2nd, weakened from 4 out, 10th of 16, 30l behind Aristocracy (11-3) at Uttoxeter 2m 7f hcp (5) gs in Sep.
