Verdict

HEY BOB was only fourth off this mark at Plumpton last month but was successful at the Sussex track the time before, beating a subsequent winner, and the 10-year-old arrives in better form than the majority of his younger rivals. The Raven's Return has been knocking on the door and probably on a fair mark at present but hasn’t won since 2019. Adherence is another on a long losing run and he’s changed stables again but none of the others make much appeal.
