Verdict

Wiesentraum is bidding for a hat-trick in this and is only 3lb higher than last year. He had a run last month to blow away any cobwebs so has to be considered. Kilbree Kid may have needed his latest fourth at Warwick but is starting to look in the handicapper's grip. Bucking The Trend may need this after a lengthy absence but Open Hearted was well backed at Bangor on his reappearance and has won around here over hurdles. KNOCK HOUSE (NAP) got off the mark over fences over a shorter trip here a year ago. He's only managed to win a three-runner race since but ran very well in a Listed handicap at the Cheltenham Festival in March and should be capable of holding his own in decent company this season.
