Capitalise gets the confident vote in this novices hurdle with Altilhar and Cockatoo rating the main dangers. The selection won with a little in hand last time out when beating Classic Dream, that form has since been franked and despite his penalty under conditions that suit he will be hard to beat. Altihar rates the main danger as he hails from a yard that can ready a hurdling debutante, and has won at up to 10 furlongs on the flat. However the fact that he has blinkers on on his first run is off putting and he is taken on with this in mind. Cockatoo was a fair fifth on his hurdling debut behind Katies Tutor and is sure to improve but he looks the stables second string on jockey bookings. Luckylover won at up to one mile on the level and the booking of Paddy Brennan catching the eye he should be noted in the market. Of the remainder Kalatime is another that has shown a modicum of ability but he may be seen to better effect once handicapped and with this in mind for the winner we return to Capitalise who sets a fair standard.
