Verdict

Master Workman is a regular here but possibly taking on slightly better opposition today. Monsieur Gibraltar took his chance in the big hunter chase at the Punchestown Festival but wasn’t up to that class – he has stronger claims today. CLOSE HOUSE is unexposed in this sphere and only had to be pushed out to score at Perth last month. The 10-year-old will probably take all the beating in this if reproducing that form as he’s getting 4lb from Monsieur Gibraltar. The others would all need to surpass previous efforts to trouble the likely market leaders.
