Verdict

Liverpool Knight is a three-time winner on the level and made a satisfactory debut over timber for Olly Murphy at Southwell when the subject of decent support. He should improve for the run and has a clear chance around a track that should suit. City Roller has hinted at ability in bumpers while Balgowan has shown he can pick up a small race after a couple of seconds. This could be his day as he receives plenty of weight all round but we'll go with TOOTHLESS on debut for the champion trainer. The French import wasn’t disgraced on either of his completed starts in his native land and is not overtaxed on this first UK run.
