Impervious gets a mare's allowance and defied mistakes to gain her third successive victory in a Down Royal Grade 3. Another mare, Statuaire, followed a facile victory at Downpatrick with a narrow success at Wexford where she appeared to idle in front but easy Sligo winner Arctic Warrior made too many mistakes when pulling up in a Tipperary Grade 3. After completing a double in the summer, Farout started odds-on at Listowel but jumped poorly and had no answer to Off Your Rocco. The winner's yard is represented by Mighty Potter, who was left clear for a very easy victory at Down Royal, and Three Stripe Life, who had some smart bumper form and had an easy task to make a successful debut here early this month. Uhtred, a Listed bumper winner, showed stamina as well as speed to score at Naas but MY MATE MOZZIE is unbeaten in a point, a bumper and over timber, the latest when impressive in a Navan Grade 3. He can take this step up in class in his stride.
