Verdict

This looks a very 'soft' Listed contest. Moonlit Show travels from Newmarket for this though she takes a step up in class after scrambling home in a Haydock maiden and faces soft ground for the first time. Born To Be had Mack Attack almost two lengths behind when landing a Cork maiden early last month but the runner-up was beaten when odds-on at Gowran subsequently. The latter's stable is also represented by Brooklyn's Rose, who has been racing in much better company after her winning debut over the track and trip in June. Aidan O'Brien also runs a pair and LEO MINOR looks the one to be on as he had a subsequent winner behind when landing a Naas maiden and didn't get the best of runs when tackling Group 3 company at the Curragh. He's probably better at this stage than stablemate Istan, who landed a nursery at the Curragh in July, while Giselle's Charm, who finished just in front of the latter in that Group 3 event, had every chance and may not confirm the form.
