Another cracking contest in which Gordon Elliott holds a strong hand. Any one of his four entries, the fast-ground specialist Abbey Lane, the progressive Martin Scruff or the lightly-raced Dantes King could take this but preference is for TRAFFIC ARTICLE, who was going easily when falling last time, still has some scope and looks to have been given a break in preparation for this. Oscar Barton went to Wetherby last week and came home virtually alone in fast conditions so he's an obvious one for the short-list while the likes of the progressive Bog Warrior, Kaiser So Say, Good Time Donie and the classy Raz De Maree makes this a race to savour.
