Most of these arrive here in top form but this may go to one of the least experienced in CELENDINE. John Oxx won the race a year ago and can complete the double with this filly who has a stamina-packed pedigree and looked certain to appreciate today's trip when noted staying on stoutly behind Harriers Call over 1m2f at the Curragh. She was conceding 15lbs to Notalossonya when beaten less than two lengths at Leopardstown earlier and can take her revenge on the revised terms. There are dangers everywhere in a very competitive heat including Aladdins Cave, the winner of four of his last five and probably still not too badly handicapped after seeing off Bright Horizon at Gowran. The hat-trick seeking Saajidah has a 10lbs rise to contend with after a facile success over Acticilitis at Roscommon but her first run over this trip shouldn't be a problem. Dibella definitely found the ground too quick when almost six lengths behind Saajidah at Killarney but softer conditions showed her in a much better light at Roscommon next time and it would be no surprise if she reversed the form with Kevin Prendergast's filly. Alajan gained a shock victory at Galway and both of his victories have been on fast ground.
