Verdict
Ahlan Bil Zain, four times an all-weather winner, gained his first success on Turf in a decent handicap at Gowran and was only headed close home when narrowly beaten at the Curragh next time. GEOLOGICAL was headed on the line over this trip at Limerick and continues to run well from this sort of mark so gets the vote ahead of Verhoyen, whose victory over a huge field at the Curragh was over 6f on ground with some give. War Hero was having his first start for new connections at Bellewstown where he found the mile just too far so he's a threat while both Katiymann and Time Stands Still have chances in a tight little handicap.
