Mary B, an easy debut winner at Gowran when Court Maid was seven lengths behind in third, had no answer to stable companion Balliniska Band in a Listed contest at Limerick on Thursday but has to be respected with her allowances. Willie Mullins has a trio of entries with Sapphire Lady possibly the best. She hasn't run since last summer nor has she tackled this sort of ground though there's no reason why she shouldn't be suited. Motown Girl couldn't handle Grade 2 company at Leopardstown and this is more her class but Gordon Elliott looks to hold the key with PORTNABLAGH and Tintangle. Preference is just for the former, who went for £78,000 after his easy victory between the flags in January and looked to have a bit in hand despite a narrow bumper success at Cork a fortnight ago.
