Verdict

Dual point-to-point winner Carry Each Other made a reasonable debut over fences at Galway and didn't appreciate being sent over hurdles at Navan last time. Hi Big Man has looked in need of further on both starts over the minimum trip and this should be more to his liking but King Of The Refs, though a solid jumper of fences, is still a maiden after 17 career starts and doesn't look the hardiest of battlers. Panther Claw has done nothing wrong and is entitled to improve but ROYAL SAM is given the vote as he jumps well and stays strongly which should be a bonus in what are likely to be testing conditions.
