Gordon Elliott has won the last two of these and will be hoping POLI ROI can start realising his potential over the bigger obstacles. A winning point-to-pointer, bumper and hurdler, he cost £300,000 at the sales mainly due to a tremendous pedigree for chasing and gets the vote. Noel Meade's horses are in excellent form and Lord In Red looks a nice prospect for chasing. He makes a quick reappearance after a decent run over hurdles at Navan on Sunday and makes more appeal than stable companion Cherokee Bill, though the latter's close third behind Peacocks Secret at Wexford was boosted when the winner completed a double last week. Moyhenna is the best of these over hurdles having been narrowly beaten in a Grade 3 at Limerick in March and she's another with a fine pedigree for jumping fences.
