Toughari, who won on the Flat here in October, hasn't made the expected progress over timber and was behind Complete Fantasy at Gowran last time though both were beaten a long way. ILMIG won a 1m6f Navan maiden on soft ground in October before a fine debut in what looked a hot three-year-old hurdle at Punchestown. Normal progress should see the son of Galileo successful before heading for better things. Peckham Springs took a long time to warm up on his debut at Punchestown and may need further but Damage Control, a winner for Andrew Balding on the Flat, is an interesting recruit for Gordon Elliott.
