HI HO PHOENIX has a stamina-packed pedigree so wouldn't have been suited by bumpers but he showed plenty of potential and this is much more likely to be his game. Simply Shabra wasn't right at Down Royal in October and is much better judged on two runs in May where he looked a potentially decent stayer. Wall Of Fame won a heavy-ground bumper at Punchestown and his placed effort behind Ain't That A Shame at Thurles could be given a boost earlier. Dublin Calling, one of several last-time winners between the flags, could prove best of them at this stage.
